HOSPITALITY SUITES in Convention Concourse



Noble Financial has arranged for Hospitality Suites located in the Conference Concourse to be available to presenting companies and/or buy-side participants. Sizes range from close to 250 sq. ft. to more than 1000 sq. ft. These beautifully appointed suites are ideal for hosting one-on-one meetings and setting up an away office. Costs range from $400 per day to $800 for the largest suites. Offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. 24 hr. security provided.

 WEBCASTING at the MAD MAX Conference

Webcasting of corporate presentations is required at MAD MAX Conference, the cost of which is $1097 and the responsibility of each presenting company. We will again be employing the award-winning technology of Sonic Foundry's "Mediasite". This service is fully compliant with Regulation Fair Disclosure (Reg FD) obligations. Each live-cast will include slides from your PowerPoint presentation, audio and high resolution, LIVE, streaming video. You will be provided with a portal - dedicated link - for your website. In addition, presentations will be immediately archived and available to investors in the conference main corridor for review after your presentation. Although unlimited access may be available from your website, Noble Financial will require credentialed sign-in for viewing from the MAD MAX conference site and Noble Financial's main website.

Processing of payment - The cost of webcasting will be charged to the credit card of the first registration received from a presenting company.

CANCELLATION POLICY, OTHER CHARGES
AND AUTHORIZATION FOR NOBLE FINANCIAL
TO CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT:

Conference registration is per person and includes up to two consecutive nights accommodation at the Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort from the following date-range: August 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 2008.  All applicable room taxes and gratuities are included in the posted rate for each room class. Full posted rate for each room class applies for single-night stay. A charge of $1097 for webcasting services will be charged to the credit card of the first registrant from a company presenting at the Conference.  Noble Financial will make all accommodation and webcasting arrangements and send confirmations to attendees. A credit card imprint will be required by the resort at check-in.  Room service, telephone services and other incidental costs will be charged by the resort to the credit card upon check-out.

Cancellation Policy: Minimum cancellation fee of 50% of all registration fees and webcasting charge applies. If a registration or registrations are cancelled up to 45 calendar days prior to the conference date, 50% of conference registration cost charged to the credit card for each registrant cancelled will be refunded. If all registrants from a company scheduled to present at the Conference cancel up to 45 calendar days prior to the conference date, 50% of the webcasting fee will be refunded. All registrations and cancellations made after July 4, 2008 are non-refundable, without exception. Cancellation policy applies to any additional nights requested and charged to your card by Noble Financial. All cancellation requests must be made in writing (email is sufficient) and requester must receive confirmation of receipt by Noble Financial prior to July 4, 2008 to be eligible for a partial refund.  Substitution of paid registrants is acceptable at any time prior to August 16, 2008. The registration fee of $425 (not staying at the Loews Resort) is non-refundable regardless of when registration is made. Based upon availability, registrant may upgrade from this class of registration by paying the differential cost at the selected room-class of registration.

Authorization to Charge Credit Card: By agreeing to the terms and Cancellation Policy set forth above, you authorize Noble Financial to charge your credit card in the amount of the cost of the Registration / accommodation-class selected, plus the cost of any additional nights selected, and a charge of $1097 for webcasting.
